Q) When will the library reopen?

Q) Can I drop off items? 

A) Our drop box is open 24 hours. You can find our external drop box at the back of the building. We are not accepting donations at this time.  

Q) Can I place new holds?  

A) Yes, the holds system has been reactivated and you can request items from other libraries again.

Q) Will my books still be on hold? 

A) You will receive a notification when your hold is available and the holds will be waiting at the library for a limited time. You can get your holds by coming into the library or you can continue to get your holds as a curbside delivery.

Q) Will I get charged late fees? 

A) Items signed out starting March 20, 2021 will be subject to overdue fines if they are returned late. 

Q) What do I do if my membership is about to expire? 

A) If your membership is about to expire or has expired, please contact us by phone (780-963-5440) or email ( to extend your membership. More info here

Q) What if I’ve forgotten my PIN? 

A) We can reset that for you, no problem. Just contact us by phone (780-963-5440) or email ( 

Q) I need to copy/print/fax/email, can I do that? 

A) Yes! Come into the library and we can give you a hand. 

Q) I always come into the library to read the newspapers. What do I do now? 

A) With your library membership you have access to newspapers and magazines on the internet with Pressreader and RB Digital.  Check them out under eResources or ask us how! You can also come into the library again.
